Questions
Candidate FAQs
Do I pay anything to register?
No. It is illegal for UK agencies to charge job seekers for finding work, and we never will.
Why do you need payroll details now?
So there's no delay when work comes up. Some shifts are offered the evening before, and we can only book you if we can pay you.
I already registered by phone. What do I do?
Open the payroll form and enter the reference your consultant gave you. You don't need to fill in the registration form again.
Can I stop halfway through?
Yes. The registration form keeps your answers on this device, so you can come back and carry on. Payroll details are never stored on your device.
What happens to my data?
We use it only to find you work and pay you, and we keep it secure in line with UK GDPR. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Questions
Client FAQs
How quickly can temps start?
Often the next day for common roles like warehouse and production operatives. Specialist roles usually take a few days.
How are temp rates worked out?
You pay one hourly charge rate. It covers the worker's pay, holiday pay, employer NI, pension and our margin. We agree it in writing before anyone starts.
What do you check before someone starts?
ID, right to work in the UK, references where relevant, and every ticket or card the role needs. You can ask to see copies.
Can we take a temp on permanently?
Yes. Our terms set out a transfer fee, or you can choose an extended hire period instead, as the Conduct Regulations require.
About us
A recruitment agency built by people who've done the work
BridgeTech Talent Solutions places skilled people in engineering, industrial, warehousing, commercial and hospitality jobs, for employers who can't afford a gap in the team.
Our consultants have worked as fitters, supervisors and site managers. We know what an 18th Edition ticket means, why a reach driver isn't a counterbalance driver, and how much a night shift should pay.
That means fewer wasted interviews for employers, and fewer wasted journeys for candidates. We'd rather send two people who fit than ten who don't.
Honest about the work
Real pay rates, real shift patterns, and the site conditions you'll walk into.
Paid on time
Weekly PAYE payroll, holiday pay and pension for every temp, from the first shift.
Safe on site
Every ticket checked and every site's PPE and induction needs confirmed before a start.
Compliance
The rules we work to
Recruitment is regulated. These are the main laws behind how we treat candidates and clients.
- Conduct of Employment Agencies Regulations 2003No fees for job seekers, clear terms for clients, and proper checks before placement.
- Agency Workers Regulations 2010Equal pay and conditions after 12 weeks, and access to facilities and vacancies from day one.
- Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006Right-to-work checks on every worker, before they start.
- UK GDPRYour data is used only to find you work or staff, and deleted when you ask.
